★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for approximately 2 weeks at one of the serviced apartments here by booking through Airbnb. The apartment is owned by Raj and is well maintained. He is also quite reasonable in the way he approaches his tenants. There was always a very quick response to any query.
The facility is a studio apartment: 1 large double bed, kitchen (with all facility for cooking, but no non-veg allowed), bathroom, a large flat screen TV, high speed internet connection and a small foyer. Raj employs a caretaker to manage the facility ensuring timely waste management, cleaning and sheet changes. If I remember correctly, this happens twice a week: on Sundays and Wednesdays. This is done to a reasonably good standard and we didn't have any complaints regarding the same. Checkout was smooth, quick and hassle-free.
The building is slightly dated and could do with an overall improvement. Parking space is limited. The lifts are a bit congested being rather small in size. The road on which this building is situated was in a bad state of repair when we stayed there back in February 2021: may be in better condition now.
The apartment block is situated very near the ITPL road and the 1st main road, both of which have all types of shops and establishments within walking distance. I can't comment more on this place as we were guests for just 2 weeks. However, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again, although not on a long term basis.
