★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst diagnostic center I have never seen, first of all receptionist behaviour is too much rough, not good approach. They dont try to understand patients urgency. Where as others diagnostic center is also very co-operative. They take lot of time to release reports.

Testing staff very well behaved and caring!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too much noisy, the front desk staffs itself speak so loudly which makes an unhealthy environment. Time is not maintained anywhere. They will call you urgently by mentioning a time and when you reach there, you have to wait 2-3 hours!!! They don't maintain the patient's serial number. The corridor is not at all clean. It will give you a feel like a government place. No professionalism at all from anyone. They don't respect your time. Their staffs will not respond any of your queries properly, very arrogant, they will talk each other but doesn't have any time for patients. The management MUST look into this matter urgently.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service, they are pathetic don't give attention to patient, don't understand patients emergency.
I went for kidney stone sonography while checking only the examiner confirmed stone is in urinary tract but when the result came out no sign for stone then for report I ask for email as I was out of station first they said not possible then provided the report but report
was for a other person instead of mine. I suggest people not to waste your money.
