★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked online ticket three days before journey bhavnagar to Ahmadabad ,called then for confirmation of ticket ,ashapuram staff advice me cancel from passenger side because bus facility is stop due to covid 19 they can't cancel ticket From their side due to some problem promise me for Full refund but they didn't refund anything...not picking my call called them many times but not response
Advice do not travel from ashapuram travel, today I faced this problem tomorrow you may face.. very bad behaviour of staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bkwas .. trvels.. pls use ST bus instead of this trvels . Trvels people team is litterly lieng to us . Like travel time was 5.30 but it came at 6.30 ..they will tell you like you will reach by 9 or 9.30 ...I wanted to give them -(minus) start but here we don't have option... Pls.pls pls. people don't use this travels
