Also has many shops on ground floor like cheffways, Patanjali etc. This building is at the centre of all amenities like food, groceries and other daily needs. D mart is just next to it. Tmt, NMMT, best Bus stop and rickshaw stand nearby. Many banks ATMs clinics around this compound.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a residential place. I have seen Mystic and Icon buildings. There are lot of useful provision stores around the complex. It is on the main road. Rickshaws are available just outside the complex and the nearest main area is Majiwada junction.
