★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fake builders,never book from this builders of highland group the have duped me of 7 lakhs which I paid during booking,now they are not giving it back citing various cancellation charges,please think twice before booking from this siddhi developers and associates,highland group,please don't book under construction flats and loose your hard earned money,their sales person is also fraudsters,will never attend you after you swipe the token

Firstly very complicated parking Systems. No one wants to take the responsibility of finding a solution for Parking. Developer says handover given to the society and society mentions handover not received from developer.
Members get irritated and angry which is obvious and results in snarls and fights within members itself over parking.
Worst: In case of an emergency, you will be left stranded since the parking systems don't work and your car gets stuck and no one is bothered to help either.
*Think before investing/purchasing* You are going to be in the same boat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Think 100 times before you book a flat with this developer. Delayed possession. Rude sales staff. Cheap construction. Leakage problems. Complicated, useless parking system. Developer and few members from the society, hand in hand misguided the flat owners at the time of society handover process in the name of HALF HANDOVER. Beware.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is an excellent project. Beautiful tower, bright, sunny and airy apatment, amazing club house, only 4 kms away from station. Peaceful and Green. The automated parking system being new, apparently had some issues but is now resolved with the service under the society control. The builders and the sales team headed by Mr Yadav ( then) were very courteous during the entire process of construction and handover of apartment- while they operated from the sales office next to the project. This project will have a great appreciation going forward for any investor.

1. Sub-standard interior work in flats.
2. Leakage Issues in Bathroom, Kitchen area.
3. Puzzle Parking issues (sometime takes 1 hour to remove your car).
4. Solar Water not working most of the time.
5. Broken Slides in Kids Play area.
6. Average Maintenance including clubhouse and property tax comes to ₹7K p.m.
