★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is accommodative and all they ask for is patience. Be patient and you'll get resolution to all your problems. Try calling them before visiting the centre because there is a token/appointment system because of covid. You can directly visit the centre but it may take more time.

She helped me to understand the problem with my phone . She assisted me with proper solution and my phone screen was totally replaced in 1 hour. I am totally happy with the service provided and am a happy customer of OnePlus ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only a star for good service and good communication but not happy to force of other damage part for Warranty this is such not good things to force to change in the name of warrenty.there also prob for payment if u bring cash please carry some chiller and change with you because they dont have change

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a chaos there. There is a huge queue even when you reach there at 10am. They give you a token with afternoon slot. Staff is not at all friendly and they behave as if they are celebrities or we are slaves.
End of the show what I understand is they take so much time for each customer on the counter. My query could have been addressed in 3-5 minutes but they took more than 15 minutes. This leads to impatience of people waiting for their number and managing staff doesn't have any respect.
In a single line.. BETTER GET YOUR DEVICES REPAIRED FROM THIRD PARTY STORES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer support staff and security guard is also polite in nature... entire staff has maintained the standard of ONE PLUS...you will get the exact update for your issue .
Service center is located on first floor whereas the sale store is located on ground floor.
For any issues related to one plus device reach out directly on first floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on 1st floor now. Ground floor has OnePlus showroom, have to go around the back to get to service center. Went because buttons on OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z were not working. After confirming the issue, they replaced it with the newer Wireless Z Bass Edition. Taking off 2 stars as it took 2½ hours in total despite no repairs and not much crowd (see pic). Had to wait in line for 1 hour. After confirming issue, a form was given and I was told to come back after 1 hour just to get replacement. Had to stand in line for 30 mins after returning. Besides the time, experience was smooth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due to pandemic they are able to process few customers so they are giving tokens for other day. So timing which they have mentioned is come between 11-2 pm if you want to submit your device and 3-5 is the time to collect the device. They are right now working on monday to friday so make a note of this google data is not updated one.
