My product I couriered to one plus for repair but original product they have misplaced and send data cable.
Irresponsible service , customer care careless and since last three month I am frustrated to get my product back still unsuccessful.
Kindly help me

The space is beautifully designed with digital screens for latest update and information about products Service centre has been upgraded for better customer experience and good vibes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience is good but just go on weekdays for faster resolution because they serve on First come basis. If you are visiting before 11AM then it will be faster. Overall good experience as they provide good customer experience.

Really loved the hospitality and over all experience ! The service was quick, my glass back was replaced in just 35-40 mins!!! Loved it !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer support staff and security guard is also polite in nature... entire staff has maintained the standard of ONE PLUS...you will get the exact update for your issue .
Service center is located on first floor whereas the sale store is located on ground floor.
For any issues related to one plus device reach out directly on first floor.
