★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to grow and you won't feel restricted like at a big organization, where you're given a task to finish and no freedom to venture into other aspects of product development. Also environment is great as there's a non-cubicle culture where everyone collaborates freely, which reduces wastage of time in official formalities and everything. Also, best thing is always received salary on time unlike places I have worked before. Mgmt is also understanding and you can get in touch with the founders at any point of time during the day. you get to work on technologies and domains that most startups/established firms dream of!
