★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are big cheaters.The have cheated thousands of bankers of erstwhile ALLAHABAD BANK promising them flat at IOB GALAXY Bihta.But not giving builder buyer aggreement or possession even after 8 yrs.They are pure fraud.Don't go behind them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had invested in IOB galaxy in the year 2015. As per the agreement builder had to handover the flat in the year 2021. Till date there is no work/progress/RERA aproval and builder is giving only verbal assurance for the last seven years. Think wisely before dealing with this builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a flat in one of their project IOB Galaxy. They offered the flat to banker's as one time payment basis before even starting the project in 2014 and promised handing over of the same latest by 2020. More than 500 banker's booked flat under the same scheme. Till date the progress is negligible and as said by the builder some of clearance for project are declined / yet to be received from authorities. Height is they are still booking flat in the same project. Builder has cheated more than 500 banker's and his intention is malafide. Still not committing any firm date for handing over possession of flat.
Please be careful in booking flat in any of his project. All the Banker's who has invested their hard earned money please wakeup.
One more thing we booked flat for getting possession of flat not return of money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This builder had an agreement with 500 bankers for flats but 7 years had has already passed but still he hasn't delivered a single flat to the bankers. Although, he is selling flats to others with a high price in the market but not providing flats to the bankers. He has committed fraud.
Be Careful with this Builder!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder Mr. Ajay has not honoured his commitment with his existing customers. I am one of the 500 people whose hard earned money is invested I IOB Galaxy for last 7 years. We were promised possession in 2021 but flats mentioned in our agreement has been sold to others. Mr Ajay is promising to deliver flat in phase 2 of the project which has not even started yet...it's not even approved yet. We are really pained and feel cheated and seems that not left with any other option but to go to court.
