★ ★ ★ ★ ★ इस प्रोजेक्ट के नाम पे 500 से ज्यादा लोगो फ्लैट का फुल पैसा लेकर बैठे है बिल्डर साहब । और अब न फ्लैट दे रहे न पैसा वापस कर रहे। इतने लोगो से धोखाधड़ी कर के और लोगो को फ़साने का भी सोच रहे। कृपया कर इस बिल्डर की किसी भी प्रोजेक्ट में अपना मेहनत का पैसा न लगाए।

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Builder is a big fraud. He has taken huge sum of money from more than 600 people assuring to provide flats in 2020. But till today we haven't received any flat in his project of IOB GALAXY. He is soon to be found behind the bar for his ill deeds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You all should know that, M/s Ashirwad Engicon had collected money rs 5 ti 10 lakh form more than 500 bank employees of IOB, Allahabad Bank and PNB for providing flats in IOB Galaxy. Accordingly they had done agreement with all of them in year 2014-16. This cheater firm after making them fool sale all flats to genral public.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not reliable. Taken full amount as demanded from more than 500 bankers in year 2014-15 for purchase of land and allotment of a 3bhk flat in project named IOB Galaxy but yet not allotted any flat till now. Telling that will provide you flat in year 2025 in an unknown project.
