★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is extremely bad. The bus didn't start on scheduled time and they stop midway repeatedly. Their focus is to fill the bus and collect money first. Not worth to complain to driver etc. Time is joke for them. Seats are worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Bus Service in Agra which I have ever seen in my life anywhere.Making false statement of reaching Delhi nonstop and only in 3 hours, but haulting bus at every flyover on Yamuna expressway and 45 min stay in a hotel connected with Ashok travels and reached Delhi in 5 hours. Strongly suggest not to travel with this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraudsters. cheaters. Horrible.pathetic. Don't get on this bus at any worst case. They charged 400 for me to delhi. But bus started 1 hour late also bus got repaired 3 times and finally damaged in middle. They didn't refund and didn't respond. After lot of struggles we reached by another bus at 2Am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a bus ticket from Agra to Delhi . We informed them that we wanted to go to New Delhi Railway station .At the time of booking they said ok and inform the driver or bus helper. During the journey day we reached the boarding point there was chaos, to my surprise only 10 % of people were wearing mask . There was no seat allocation. It was on first come first serve basis .At the time of booking we were told it will take maximum 4 hrs. to reach Delhi But this was not true it took 6 Hrs. to reach and in addition they dropped us 15 Kms before New Delhi railway station. This is what we call take money and rest is on its own . This is one of the pathetic experience from any company managing bus service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked through red bus two days before. But they given that seat to someone else and didn't provided seat in bus. They have taken more people than available capacity. No seat number. Completely waste of time and money. It is like passenger bus. First come first take seat. No meaning of booking tickets prior from online or red bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked online bus ticket from this travel agency, price was cheap but experience was awful. They allowed more passengers, completely ignoring Covid guidelines. I'll recommend this only as a last option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They were charging different amount from different people and also they told they are having only 1 stop where they were allowing locals from entire Agra to Delhi. Totally waste and very irresponsible staffs. They were delayed for more than 2 hours. Such a bad experience with this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can get A/C Buses for Delhi,Noida daily every hour from here. First bus around 10am. Till upto 9pm at night. Some delay is normal as they will take the bus in full capacity. I have experience of traveling with their buses from last one year. ? Ticket is approx 350-400 Rs per person
