★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a ticket online but they Charged 300 extra for the same journey.. By giving a lame excuse that we have cancelled that bus and we will arrange another bus which will cost extra 300.. This is some kind of cheating which these guys are doing here.. I directly complained it to their owner.. But no response from him..
Last but not least..they had mentioned that 2 packs of luggage are free to carry but They will charge you for your luggage too.. I had been charged 40 rupees extra for them.
If you don't want to get cheated, avoid them at all. Go for Safar Or R S yadav instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST TRAVELING EXPERIENCE EVER.
They were not in time started the bus one hour late from boarding time.
The bus was filled in the mid journey with more passengers not on seats just lying on floor.
Reckless driving from the driver he was not even seeing the holes on roads the complete travel was like a jumping session and that in a sleeping coach.
Never gonna book with Sanjay travels again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy is a big fraud ,very unsafe . He doesn't even allow you to sit in the office . The bus broke down n by God's grace I escaped a life threatening accident. N then I had to travel to Delhi without a seat ,had to go standing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I travel from Indore to Agra. The bus timing was correct but sleeper non AC bus condition was horrible. Too many vibration and lots of noise. If you pregnant lady, don't travel in this bus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Bus service, If I would have option to set negative I would have done it. They just fill the bus till floor add even during travel they ads more peopleswithout seats and put them to sit on floor so its tough to get out of bua on your stop. Driver and conductor fight if you ask them why they are over filling. Even in seat allotment time they say sleeper seat and after you get in you found that in one sleeper set they have given it for 2 person.. worst and night mare experince and high cost.... even if you dont have any option please dont get to them better to go with government but not with them..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are completely fraud they overcharged you i travel from agra to delhi and they charge me more then average. They will overcharge you and the people who take this bus from water work square, they only pay rs250 for delhi and when you ask the bus operators why this they say you take ticket from the travel agency, for cheap travel you have to take bus from water works so that all moneys came to us not the travel agency. The Air conditioner of this bus doesn't work properly so means no Ac while you have tickets for the AC ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This sanjay travels is not good. They are fraud. The bus staffs and driver are not co operative. We are from Nepal and I am going to share my experience just one week ago me with my friends comming from aagra to Gorakhpur. They took us direct Banarus instead of going Gorakhpur. Another morning we just came to know that We are in Banarus but our destination is Gorakhpur. The bus staffs and driver refusing to give any information to us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bus was on time and clean. We took it from Agra to Varanasi and everything went good. If you're simply looking for a night bus with bed and AC, then they'll do the job.
