★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not trustworthy at all. I ordered a symphony cooler they showed me a displayed item which was they are using to show customers. I request them that I want a fresh piece not this . They told me that they will deliver a fresh and packed cooler. I paid them for 2 cooler . One of them is 2500 small local made cooler . And other is symphony jumbo for 10000.
Another when I came home from office I found that they delivered the same display item which was looking used and dirty which was wrapped by a transparent polythene only. No warranty card no tags no card board box which is provided by symphony.
I have to take them back to shOp they refund my cash back to me.
After 3 days the water pump of local made cooler also get out of work. I have replace it at my own.
I only wanted to say that . NEVER MAKE A FAKE PROMISES TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.
The first impression of your shop was excellent. But I will not purchase a single thing in future.
