★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my relative baught 3BHK here.. its awesome.. Good place.. Spacious Flats... Reasonable price... Must go for it.. if available.. the layout of the flat is good... It also has 2BHK... It is in New Ranip.. the area is also good... One must visit this area and plan to buy flats here as compared to other expensive places... It is one of the developing areas in Ahmedabad and many new projects are under construction in this area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashray 10 is located in very polluted area. Where dust and air pollution is very high. Normal people get infected/sick for first 10 days from their arrival. There is also spread of pests therefore food storage gets rotten in short time. Coming to flat size. Flats have small carpet area which leads to small rooms in 2 BHK flats. Otherwise location is little bit in outskirts. And flats itself are in under construction. Overall it seems not good due to it's under construction status. But it's biggest positive is it is affordable for lower middle class families.
