β β β β β Construction of the building are good but in this new building sometime lift is not working, MOBILE network are not available inside the building. Even after approx 1.5 years garden are not ready yet.

β β β β β Located in New Ranip flat is good n spacious. The air flow in that area is really super, we did not need fan, air flow Is too good it feel us like mountain stay. Flat is good but that area is under development near GST railway crossing. U can invest for future

β β β β β builder is not good. any person working in office doesn't give proper answer after full payment. never recomend any project of this builder. if u buy a new home or shop go to other skim near by if they take few money extra give them but don't buy in this skim.

β β β β β It is a well made society. Not the best yet but nothing is flawless, right? At first it feels like you are out of the city limits. But connectivity is great! Both 132 ft. Ring road and SG highway are just 10 mins away.

β β β β β Site is good.its under construction but some of appartment had done and peoples come for leaving there.The builder of Ashraya 9 is well-known and punctual in his work.Its little bit far but gradually when it's full you love to live there more.There is swimingpool,Garden,Children play area etc eminites in Ashraya 9. there are shoes on the ground floor of road side flats.Peacefull and plesent.
