We found him to be down to earth, and easy to talk to. He discussed & understood existing issues carefully, then conducted the hearing tests, configured hearing aids accurately, & finally we tested the aids thoroughly.
In the entire session, he always showed patience when troubleshooting the issues, and provided recommendations as well.
