Waste of time and money.
One housewife replied that the owner was away.Some packed materias were stored in that godown.No hearing aids were available.

Had called the customer care contact (Bangalore number), to enquire abt their product and after sales service as I was abt buy primo 801 model for my mom thru Amazon... But no proper service . This product if purchased might endup as a use and throw item I guess....need to think twice before purchasing it ..
