★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They launch projects, collect 30% payment for property which doesn't have clerances and go silent .
Sheth Avante at kanjurmarg is stalled since last 4 years now due to naval NOC. This was known to the builder still he collected 30% from 240 flat buyers.
Now there is complete silence from the Builder on the next steps. No exit policy defined. Considering the duration, interest amount in crores are with the Builder who is not bothered to do the necessary liasoning to work on the approvals.
Such a waste of hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complete unprofessional group. They just launch their projects but don't take it to the completion. Sheth Avante has been launched in 2015 but not completed yet. Be aware guys, they are in NO mood to complete any of their projects. They just want to take investors money and use it.
Moreover the CRM team is completely hopeless. They responds to you only until you invest in their project. Post that you will not get any reply from them.
I would say DO NOT make any investment with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worse builder donot buy any properties...all projects takes 10 yrs to complete. Delibretly delaying projects. After having funds also not completing project. Do not fall for good talk and adfvertising. No garantee of possession. I have booked in Midori project since 2014, uptil now there is no sign of project getting completed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst builder! Please think 100 times before putting your hard earned money in their project. They never complete on time. Our project is still under construction for 11 years now. Still counting. Their audacity they are now charging maintainence .. their labourers use our premise and lifts and the cost is put on building residents.
The construction is super poor water seepage within 1st rain. Not normal water leakages. Flooding water in all houses. Irrespective of terrace non terrace flats.
Lifts and premise are filthy and full of dust from additional construction.. They put make up when there is an inspection and once over, it becomes filthy again.
Please beware of this builder.

For common people, Be very cautious to purchase even a single flat. They are the biggest frauds, worst production quality and after taking money for over 5 years still they have not delivered the flat. They refuse to pick up the calls or revert to emails. Biggest scammers.
