★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a midget and the sales people assured me I would grow if I used the Diva swimming pool. I cant swim but I was assured it didnt matter..all I had to do was get in the pool. I'm still a midget with short man syndrome and feel cheated by the builder. also they promised me a park even though the layout shows no place for a park. I'm low IQ so can't understand its impossible to build a park on such a small plot.
However I love to whine so will keep cribbing about no park in Diva.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a flat in Romell Grandeur in goregaon east Vishveshwar nagar. The following are the issues:
1) Even after purchase the flat wasn't in our name. We got to know this only when the bank officials from whom the loan was taken from informed us regarding this.
2) the parking issues are a mess. No OC even after 3yrs of possession.
3) false promises of recreation facilities and sky garden
4) the management is rude and not co-operative.
5) the builder Romell brothers don't bother once flat is sold. Before that they're all sweet talk.
6) constructed material used is bad quality. The colour peeled off within a year, Wet patches on dead walls, poor maintenance
7) underground parking is wrongly constructed at big vehiles such as an innova or SUV or any large sedan won't pass through the passage. Hence parking issues.
8) no safety in building. Any one can pass through the security.
9) high price for very cheaply done flats
10) fraud on allotting parking slots despite their purchase.
11) confirm the agreement and documentation first before registering and confirm and reconfirm the parking slots being allotted because they actually cheat.
He's not worth any award.. will not be recommending this builder to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased in Romell Diva Malad and very disappointed. The passenger lift and car lift keeps breaking down and the builder does not maintain the premises well. Builder is unethical and total waste of money. best to avoid

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 3bhk at Romell Aether. Very poor quality of construction with >50% flats showing significant leakages in less than 3 years. Poor quality of lifts, plumbing, glass windows, etc. Please avoid higher floors in high rises. Not worth the premier.
Romell has cheated residents by building a parking tower that only fits small height sedan sized cars , not paying property taxes, etc. (typical problem across all Romell properties)
Do not recommend anyone to buy with Romell. Not trustworthy and not worth investing your hard earned money.
