Unorganized, disrespect & very rude consultant. There is no priority and no value of time of an interviewee. Calling for an interview without prior review of Resume for the respective job.

I would like to share my recent experience with Asiatic Consultant 2020, I got a call from Asiatic team (lady) and said that they found my profile in online and have a position available in SAUDI ARABIA country in a transportation company, So i agree to schedule an Interview. In meanwhile I checked the consultancy status in online, Is this consultancy registered with government of India and about the employer company details. Then I attend online interview with employer. (General tips to job seekers: during attending interview ,once you got contact with employer.. personally try to be in touch with employer after interview, its important because after interview employer will inform consultancy that we like this candidates and willing to hire him/her , at that time consultancy what they do you know. Consultancy will contact the candidate and they will demand us to pay Rs.85,000 to Rs.1,000,00 as a fee. As a middle class family We interested in the job offer but we disagree to pay high fee to consultancy so if we say no to pay high fee , then you know what consultancy will do, they will tell the employer that particular candidate not willing to join in your company. ) back to my experience.Finally, i got selected by the transportation company. i received the offer Letter thru email. And Asiatic Asked me to Pay Rs.20,000. to wire bank to proceed further processing. I transfer the money to their bank account as per their request and sent transaction receipt to them via email. Then i visited to attend medical and passed in medical test. I got visa Number from asiatic and I verified my visa number in online to make sure. Later they ask me to send my academic documents along with original passport and medical certificate to asiatic office thru courier.As per they request i sended all those documents along with photos in DHL courier services. I followed up with them to make sure whether. My documents reached to them. In couple of days i got a call from Asiatic they ask me to bring Rs.85000 liquid cash to get the Air ticket and stamp passport. I went to Mumbai and walkin asiatic office and i paid Rs.85000 to them and asked receipt they said we dnt provide receipts. They just ask me to sign in their note book. And i received the flight ticket and my visa stamped passport. And again I request them to give receipt for Rs.85000 but they denied to give any kind of proof. After I went to airport to step in flight. I met a guy in Mumbai Airport joined with me to travel in same flight for the same company and same position. when i inquired him about How much did you paid to the Asiatic consultant for this job. He said. He bargain well to reduce the commission fee after the interview. and he paid only Rs.40,000 (Rs.20,000 bank wire & 20,000 liquid cash) to Asiatic and collect stampedpassport and flight ticket. OMG !! I realized that i paid extra Rs.45000/- to them for the same position/company .ASIATIC made me to feel stupid and complete disappointed. So, I would like to advise to fresh new job seekers, Please do bargaining well with asiatic representative in the commission fee rate, dn't be hesitate and polite. PLEASE DN'T PAY the MONEY WHICH THEY ASKED YOU TO PAY, JUST PAY only 50% HALF MONEY AND TELL THEM to deduct the rest of 50% in the pay after you landed , joining in the company and let them to deduct from your first salary (This is how professional consultancy will do).Generally they will not agree in first or second call but later they will do I'm very sure.. that's my experience with the Asiatic consultant. Again please dnt pay the money they asked to pay. According to me I felt ASIATIC IS REPUTED MANPOWER service and good in processing in my paperwork. but PLEASE DNT PAY more then Rs.20,000 in liquid cash for SAUDI, DUBAI, QATAR. its not worth. they charge a high commission rate. Please do bargaining and try to update commission fee to your employer.if you bargain obviously they will reduce their commission charges fee and bring you onboard.

Service charge are applicable but it's worth it because my first salary covers all the expense and really happy with the company l've been sent to.Defininately recommend.

Worst service ever I've seen in my entire life. I've been through a lot of consultancies this is the horrible experience I've had with ASIATIC CONSULTANTS THE WAY THEY ARE BEHAVING IS NOT AT ALL TOLERABLE Don't have any personal problem with them but 1st experience is this which they gave me I recommend everyone to choose a better one or the ones who you are in contact with other consultancies.
