Dr. Kumar Doctor's professionalism and expertise has really pleased me during and after the 'cataract operation' on both my eyes. He has a wonderful team of well trained and service oriented professionals who with a smile make patients feel comfortable during and after the entire procedure. I will not hesitate to recommend him for matters concerning THE EYES to anyone.

It was great experience in your clinic,
This was our 3rd visit, but I must say from day one to till today, we experienced a great hospitality by the clinic staff(each n all), they were very polite n caring during the time we were in the clinic.
Actually , I m a Ex-servicemen and a beneficiary of ECHS facility. I was here for eye check of my wife, she was been referred by INHS Asvini (A Naval Hospital at Coloaba Mumbai) to undergo Eye Angiography. I m very happy that I got this Eye Clinic,
"Doctor Eye Institute " which is in the list of empanelled eye hospital in Mumbai. initialy we called the hospital to give us appointment for Eye Angiography. On our 1st visit we have been given appplointment to meet Dr. Bhavin Shah, Eye specilist. Dr. Bhavin Shah ji is very experienced eye specialist.
In total our experience with Dr. Eye Institute, is great????

β β β β β I and my family members have been your patient for more than 25 years....in the initial years service at Doctor Eye Institute had been good....but now it disheartening to say that I am unhappy with the behavior and attitude of your staff. The Doctors working with you are more polite,respectful and friendly than the staff working with you. Special mention about the girl at the reception at Spenta at Andheri station. She is always disrespectful and rude. Have to think twice before going there.

The wait was a bit long as there were too many patients which is understandable.
Once you go inside for a check up it is done efficiently with good equipments.
The concerned staff speak very well and no lack of communication.
The Doctor too is very polite and gives you ample time.
Not rushed as it is a charitable trust.
Even some eye drops are given complimentary to almost all the patients whosoever requires it.
Good visit and worth every minute of wait.
The frames and making of prescribed glasses too is cheap.
