★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range ..have a treadmill to test running pattern ..helpful staff ...shoe options are good albeit a costly ...did not find the gel technology (claim) to be as effective as claimed though from the brand ...positive they wide shoes for people with big toes and smaller size feet

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased a shoe worth16k Gel Quantum Infinity and in 3 months and 13 days the gel leaked . The store sent the complaint and after 2 weeks mentioned that they cannot replace since it is wear and tear....imagine paying close to 15k for a pair of shoes and them says they are not responsible in 3 months! Not sure if the product at Viviana mall is authentic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience at Asics Viviana. I bought Gel Kayano 26 worth INR 14K. The shoe fabric gave way within a months time and when I contacted the store for the replacement as per the company policy, they don't have the stock for the same. I contacted the Asics customer care also but absolute horrible response from their side too. I must add though that the store personnel are good but very disappointed in them too as their incapability of resolving my issue. If you can please avoid visiting the store as I don't think they are selling genuine products. I have been using Asics shoe for last 3 years which I bought from foreign and haven't faced any issues till date.

Staff has good knowledge of runners requirement. Many shoe types for all needs. There is a treadmill & other equipment to find out the best shoe type for you.

Picked up this GEL Quantum 90SG casual running shoes. Glad to find what I wanted in the store.
This store ? has a facility wherein you can use treadmill ? for a while, basis which they would analyze your walking pattern, speed etc and recommend the best fit. Sounds cool but didn't try due to paucity of time.
