★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Got hair cut from Imran - pathetic. He didn't even partition my hair for flicks. He asked me which side I partion and randomly took and cut it. So unprofessional.
I now have to wait for the hair to grow properly so that I can get a better cut from someone else.
2. Got Olaplex from Ikram - results were good but lot of talking. He was constantly forcing me to get Keratin treatment done saying it's natural. These parlour guys definitely need some education. No Keratin is not natural and it's extremely harmful for the hair. When I refused, he started telling me to go for Keratase hair spa. Worst thing, he used Loreal shampoo while doing Olaplex treatment. Why? I hate Loreal.
I really wish he stops talking and rather concentrates on his work.
3. Swati is really good for eyebrows. 5 stars for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gulfam gave the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had a salon. My hair was in a horrible condition but he fixed it so well. Giving a whole new life and shine. Loved how professional and experienced he was. The ambiance was great too and extremely hygienic and clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The prices are way too high they will charge you way too much for everything, the staff is very mean not friendly at all especially the girls working on the counter, they rush so much into doing there services, no relaxation nothing its pure business minded people, customers satisfaction ain't no thing over here, i would tell y'all not to even get there membership cause they will tell you do this, do that. they charged me freaking 10k+ for a hair spa such idiots, never going here, won't recommend at all !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Viviana Outlet today with my partner for a oil massage as we wanted a good massage for a relaxation. I was told yes at the reception but when the staff came to start the process denied for a oil massage as he felt my hair entangled and suggested for a oil spa. I was not informed the time taken for spa while approaching and the other guy just bought the calculator for pricing ( for them amount charging is more important than giving me full information) I clearly told them i just need it for relaxation and not for maintaining any treatment.
I have read the other reviews also as it is completely to make business and charged from the customer while not keeping the service in mind. My hair was ill treated while doing wash and during spa. I kept on saying about the hair breakage and to handle with care.
The oil massage what my partner was given was pathetic and below the service level.
People call beauty salon for self care but this outlet is completely to generate business only, and far away from providing service.
managers did approach us for feedback, but by then my patience level was completely tested and i just wanted to get done and get out of there.
i am a member and i get 20% discount on service and a compensation additional 5% was given to us.
clearly discount is not the solution, customer experience is more important and above all.
a very disappointing experience which ruined our day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience and service quality is great. I have tried their pedicure, manicure and waxing and my experience was amazing. Unlike other salons they do not try to sell you some random product or services to you and make you feel low about your looks. At the end of the day you one will prefer going to a bit premium salon for a relaxing day and not to purchase pay a price to regret. Check their membership option for all the free services and discounts.
