★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Descent stuff!! Service is good till you place an order. Once order goes through then the scenario shifts completely to whether the outfit has been made satisfactorily or no doesn’t matter to them. As they have already received advance.

Right from the merchandise to the staff to keeping me updated on my order everything was on point.
I visited the store to pick up my lehenga two months after placing order and had lost lot of weight in the time
The team made sure that all adjustments were made after my trial and the outfit was perfect
Would definitely visit again for all my future couture needs

Instead of accepting our comments and fixing the outfit, the owner denied the problems which were clearly visible and became very rude. I would not recommend with dealing with such a company, who's owners are not concerned about customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asmairaa portrays itself as a premium multi brand store, however, there is nothing about the service that can be considered premium. My experience was identical to that of Uma Agarwal's which is mentioned below. The store showcases a decent selection of items, and the owners provide good service until the customer places an order and pays an advance. I placed an order from designer Mahima Batra is the daughter of the owners, and the garment was shabbily produced. The value of the garment ordered was significant and all the requirements were discussed with the designer prior to finalization. When the garment was done, we shared our concerns on quality which the owner rudely challenged, despite the obvious flaws. Only when we insisted that the rectifications be made, did the owner and her daughter agree to make the changes. Two weeks later when the garment was supposed to be ready for pick up, the feedback was not incorporated and the garment continued to have missing beading, loose threads, poor finishing and torn lining. Despite the obvious issues, the owners once again didn't accept the feedback and had a take it or leave it attitude. One of the owners even became rude and defensive, since the designer was her daughter. As Uma said in the previous review, once an advance is received, the owners are not concerned about the quality of garments provided or any feedback that the customer may have on the item. Seems that's just the way this company does business. Legitimate feedback and quality concerns are rudely and forcefully disputed, and the customer has no choice but to either accept poor quality products or forfeit their advance. I would strongly caution against ordering garments from this unprofessionally run family business.

I have been following them on Instagram and went to visit their store after liking a couple of garments they had put up
The store manager was very sweet and personally helped me choose my outfits. My trials were on time and when I requested them they even delivered the pieces after final alterations to my place as I wasn't able to visit them
Even sent them images after I wore the outfit which they shared on their social media.
Love love love the special care and attention

Cannot be trusted when they say “you can come as many times as you want for the trials/fittings/service until your satisfaction”
People who take measurements don’t guide at all, as to what could go wrong with a certain style and how one should change it for one's body type. And if one happens to be dissatisfied with the final product that’s on the customer! Instead go to the designer directly, they will guide you much better.
Seriously, a tailor from a local boutique near my house guides me better.
