★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this place. As much of hate that developed on visiting Sugam Morya site, similar level and much more satisfying was the visit to this project. This is a single / standalone tower but the serene atmosphere, the cosy peaceful feeling that we all got on entering the premises is second to none. There are 2/3 units that are for sale but the unit plans for those didn't quite suit us and so we had to walk out with a very very heavy heart. I really rue my missed chance of buying an apartment in this block
