★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need pet care in the heart of Kolkata ? Visit this small but beautifully managed clinic. From dogs to cats, whether native or exotics....... their experienced veterinarian staff are always ready to assist....... This is what I have experienced so far there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud ,took rs 500 as consultation price and on that very day my pet kitten die ,They didn't even treat by injection or any kind of medicine and instead they signed from me a bond . 1st told in call that there ate more than 4 patient then ask me to come asap when i went there there where no doctor plus no assistant only a weird lady who always busy in phone even doctor gave list of 6 medicines which that shop don't have. Disgusting and pathetic experience .
Donot go there if you r animal lover because they are not. they are only to income money nothing else.
I do not knw how they get so much of rating. I went 20th july and on that very night my pet kitten died.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service!They did nothing but take 500 rupees and gave a prescription of 6,8 medicine which were not in stock on their shop.
My kitten had very bad situation..but they didn't even treat properly...They suggested saline.when I asked that can I get the saline here the lady gave a number for saline.....
They just doing their business they don't understand a pets owner feeling..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came to know about this clinic from google..Our little cockatiel was very ill and we visited Dr. Ramiz Mondal on 16th January 2022. First of all Doctor is a good listener..gave us a lot of time as we are first time parent..he guided us about so many things these little hearts need..we are also provided a paid diet chart. Doctor answered every doubt and question and rectified wherever needed...under his supervision my baby is well now...thank you doctor thank you so much...the clinic also communicated whenever we needed...thanks to Didi and Kamaleshda...
Deworming is an essential part of pet's life.I am requesting every pet parent to do this under doctor's supervision otherwise it can prove fatal..and if you have made any mistake you should admit to your doctor so that the doctor can save the life of your baby.
