★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing veterinary clinic. A bit on the higher end as it is a private clinic but the diagnosis and doctors and staff members are really nice. They are helpful and do whatever they need to do to take care of the situation. Have visited the place quite often with my cat. The cat has been treated and neutered there and is healthy now with all the other treatments as well. They are very professional when it comes to take certain actions in given time. If you have a pet and can afford a bit better treatment than a government hospital or clinic, Balaji Animal Health Care is a must to look forward to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken my cat on the 28th of last month with complains of not eating and vomiting and told them to administer IV but they did not and instead gave 2 injections of Rantac and Taxim.
Absolutely not reliable place and no doctors available it seems all there doctors are available for online prescription and then there uneducated staff administer the dosses.
If any one wants call or mail me I will tell you the real experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Got a blood test done... reports showed tick fever... somehow things did not seem right so got a blood test done elsewhere... she had no such parasitic disease. Absolutely worthless place to take your pet

They treat pets as animals, this place is utter nonsense
Waste of time, they didnot even bother to call the doctor, wait in the clinic for 2 hours doctor didnot turnup
Staffs are not working, always on phone doing timepass

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience! All are fraud over there, if you don't have any experience of keeping pets, don't go there, they are gonna loot you! I myself took my pet dog who is 2 months and 18 days old, the doctor prescribed all the medicines which should be given to dogs who have crossed 3 months of age, they themselves keep the medicines so that they can force you to buy those from them only. My total spend was of Rs.1500 which all went to waste. I would have not got to know about this if I wouldn't have went to a different pet shop to buy one medicine as it was not available over there. Luckily a doctor was present there to whom I showed the prescription. My dog was only suffering from loose motion and digestion issues, for that the fraud doctor prescribed 6 medicines in total and asked me to come next day if it's health deteriorates and he would have changed all the medicines that means more money looting. Obviously it would have deteriorated as all the medicines were of high dose.Lucky me otherwise I would have lost my pet to these fraud money minded people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually I don't want write here but I can't stop my tears &my mom's tears as the bachha was just died in very next 4 hours of after the treatment done. The doctors and staff are good but may be they doesn't know how to treat a baby pup you all can see how much injection have they push to the kid within 20 minutes. As think that's the reason my bachha has died immediately after few hours. He can't bear the pain. ???????????Can't stop my tears.
