★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great clinic. Clean and air conditioned. The staff is really polite and friendly. The doctors are great and took really good care of my cats. They are open 24X7, unlike other clinics in the city.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst pet hospital in Kolkata. Think twice before you take you beloved pet there. Reports are all false, complete wrong treatment.
Had taken my Husky for treatment there, was misguided from the very beginning, saline was pushed without being able to diagnose what the cause of the issue is. They will always make sure an attendant is present at all times who monitors what advice doctors are giving to the patients family. They will bill you to death with no respect for the pets life whatsoever.

Their record keeping is impeccable and the fact that they don't advertise for any pet care brand is what truly sets them apart. They are trying to build a state of the art facility for our lived ones. I wish them the best in the times to come

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expensive centre with less experienced doctors providing emergency care. It is open 24*7 and that is the only advantage. Good for first aid and emergency cases but only if you get advice from a senior vet. There is very little coordination between the emergency doctors so it is always better to consult the senior doctor. It is also HUGELY expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for your pets. They are open 24/7 for all pet emergency and support. Staff and Dr's are helpful. But the waiting area is a little small for busy times, so taking a appointment before going will be a good idea or towards afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing Advanced about the establishment. NO emergency treatment available. Only providing oxygen must not be considered as advanced pet care. They remain open at night to extract money with a long list of unnecessary test, from the distressed parents who bring their ailing fur babies to them. The vets are not competent enough. The establishment doesn't even have drug license. So avoid if you want your fur baby to live. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Good place to recomend for any type of emergency as well as non emergency cases too. Throughout the day you will have many options but at night this is the only Pet Care in south kolkata which is open 24×7 with doctors.

The working unit is good but low man power and small casualties are there.
Good for small Medical issue but not big once. To be honest there are only two beds, they proclaim 24*7 service but the aid providing is very slow, as said before low manpower and only 2 beds so delay in service. The charge are fair enough for anyone belonging from upper middle class. Overall good.
