β β β β β Atmos and Aura by Assetz is one of the finest properties if you are looking for something near the airport. The place is just abt a kilometer for the BLR-HYD highway and is before the toll plaza. The plan of the property is well thought through and the best part is 1 tree per plot which translates to ~250 trees for the community. Assetz is a premium real estate and am sure that they will not cut corners and deliver to the promise. The only downside is that the road which leads to the property is slightly narrow but with all big real estate players having presence in the area, that situation will improve. The place is highly recommended, is case they have availability.

β β β β β One of the properties we checked in our search for an ideal home... considering the location is far off the centre...we felt it was tad pricey and the worst is the sales guys tells most are sold and gives u two sites as option...really y call us and waste your time and ours...the road is yet to come...we went through some small undertunnel kinda road...so there should be some decent pricing for the inaugural offers

β β β β β This project is located in most upcoming development hub of North Bangalore.The Airport Road is 2.5 KM away from the property. (Though there is a railway track and underpass). And Airport 3 KM. From investment and residence perspective within next 3/4 years it will one of the most sought after location. And being Assetz group the development is expected to be world class.

Floor tiles looked good.
Heavy and main electric wires overhead property. Seemed risky.

β β β β β Decent location but commuting can never be great. Road leading to the project can be small forever. The railways, airport authority and BDA had to be in sync for it to widen. There are many compound built properties while going to the project from airport road, all these are of VVIPs. Not sure if they can spare land for road widening. Project is very good, small and perfect. Rates may be 20 to 3 percent costlier, but the brand name demands that very well planned project. As of aug 2021 it is just starting. There is marketing office fully built, rest every thing is in progress. High tension wires are passing through the site, but may not be a thing to worry as there will be roads under it not plots.
