It's in a nice location but again overcrowded property with small flats. The only thing I have seen with prestige is that all main door will open each other but here they have tried differently. Must visit property

Not a great investment in a city like Bengaluru. The largest 2bhk- 999 sqft built up = 630 carpet incl 40 balcony which is only 580sq ft actual space. Why would a family rent a small 2bhk in Bengaluru when they can travel for 30-40 mins and live in a 1200sq ft carpet area? Disappointed to see this plan from a reputed developer like Prestige!

Construction across the Aerospace Park is a positive sign for investing in Prestige Finsbury. Itโ€™s close proximity to airport is another pros. The Hennur Bagalur expressway connects both Whitefield and the Airport and is a major developing area in future.

Very premium apartment by prestige , 15 mins from airport , inside KIDBA city (this will be like future Whitefield) , roads are already laid, companies ready started shifting , huge rental income as availability of flats are limited. Nice investment.

It's one of my favorite area's in Bangalore as it is going be bigger than itpl tech park soon and roads connectivity superb, I liked the area more than anything else. We can expect more rent too as only 250 acres are allotted for residential purpose inside kiadb. One more advantage is terminal 2 is being opened soon which is another entry for airport that is just 3-4 km from this kiadb and roads are min 80 feet. It will be another city soon one day for sure.

Carpet area is too small in all Big builders in Bangalore. But Price is too high because of location and Huge number of Amenities. They Should think about customers, who is going to live their maximum time inside the Flat but not in Amenities. That Apartments are good for Bachelors, Tenants who look for great lifestyle instead Non-Extravagant like Family Man and investors.

Address: Aerospace Park. Purpose: Investment, as being told by many and all. Affordability: Expensive, if you say so, and maybe not if the speculations flourish in time. Pros: 1. From Prestige. A known name in real estate of Bangalore, both in residential and commercial space. 2. It's in new Bangalore, a place where everyone is predicting that it would be a great opportunity to invest. Some 300+ companies are going to come in a span of 5+ years in the same place. 3. If to say so, cheaper price from other Prestige projects. 4. Spread in 25 acres, elevation plan seems good. 5. Away from city life, fresh air. Cons: 1. Investment. If it goes as expected, it's a gold mine otherwise, waste. It is because the place itself is quite far from the city. Things are yet to develop there like Hospitals, Schools or even normal day-to-day purpose places. If you are thinking of living there, like now, you may have to also think about heavy transport everyday. 2. Even if the rates are less, yet it's over pricey given the remote place and the heavy bet on future development. 3. Beware of sales guys atrocity. Till you show interest in buying a unit, the ball is in your court. Once you are in the last step, they may change color like chameleon and talk to you like you begged for the flat and are on their mercy. 4. If that's a con but a known fact. You pay for 3 but get 2. That is to say, the carpet area is 2/3rd of super built up. Again, it's a known fact from any reputed builder.
