★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assetz Soul & Soil is one of the most sought after properties in Bangalore. It is in a prime locality that is close to bus stops and malls. There are many amenities such as a half basketball court, child's play area, gyms, steam rooms and many more. A lovely property covered with greenery all around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We decided to look at properties slightly away from congested city centre and visited several properties around Hennur road. We were looking for row-houses/small villas which can tick on parameters related to an independent house, but had the community living safety factor. Also, the cost had to be competitive w.r.t a large size 3BHK available within city. Although there were many good properties, they were not having the balance of cost-competitiveness and facilities. We had almost decided to push out purchase around the start of the 2nd wave, when we decided to visit Assetz Soul&Soil. We were pleasantly surprised by the quick response from sales and marketing team in facilitating 2 back-to-back quick visits and answering most of our concerns and accepting some of the minor limitations (like no customisation possible from Assetz side). The cost discussions also turned out to be a professional one and we completed a deal and decided on purchase in 2 days with excellent support from Mr Aamir of marketing team. Everything after the purchase has been mostly smooth given the constraints under which everyone works during pandemic (including sales deed preparation, facilitating quick support for home loan sanction, etc.). We are hoping for a timely delivery of the units as per dates given (as on early June 2021, work seems to be more or less on track).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okayish. The model flat was all chaotic, as it was also office place for staff. Cannot comment on quality but did not look too appealing. Sales team is lethargic, and all bored. I think they need some enthusiastic people who can deep dive and present details to customers.

with greenery all around.Sky light inside the Villa and the backyard impressed me.Sales manger Ritesh Kumar is a nice person,helped us understand the project. He answered all our queries and convinced us to book a villa.
When I talk about customer relationship,
we are having a good relationship with Assetz.
I should appreciate Mr. Anil R senior manager CRM. He will always respond immediately to our calls /mails .I am very much satisfied with my booking .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite Impressed with the Design and the Location. Area is really Very Calm and relaxing one. Greenery allocation for the project makes me satisfied. Sky light in the villa attracts me very much. Light energy is the more important one for a home, in this project it is well taken care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In spite of Corona related delays, Assetz staff have persevered and are finishing section by section. Mr Anil and Mr Vijay guided me well till the registration is done for my Row House. I am in touch with my future neighbours. Here is a real mix of people from different backgrounds but with a spirit of mutual support for one another. It is a new 'family'. Assetz is maintaining a good standard of building and maintenance so far.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finally am a proud owner of my dream house at Assetz Soul & Soil and can comfortably say that I have made the right choice. So far so very good and I hope that Assetz group will keep up the same commitment and dedication towards not only seamless maintenance of property but also addressing my concerns as a customer. The build quality is good. The finishing is good. All my findings during the pre-possession inspection were addressed promptly. I was fortunate enough to find a bunch of excellent Assetz team members in the form of Mr. Anil ( Customer Relations), Mr. Vijay (On-Site Cordinator) and Mr. Santosh ( Mortgage Services). All of them have been extremely helpful and have been their to address all my queries and concerns.
I just hope I get to see completion of subsequent phases as well on time. And regarding my property, I don't run into any issues.
