★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All are three bhk with spaces between 1800-2000sqft. There is no park, but an ok kids play area. Pool on first floor, was good. Apartment layout are ok, but not great. Balcony are relatively good. Has 3 blocks, A, B and C. Saw C 709. Good apartment, avg society. And yes, maintenance is close to 8k. I will prefer Sobha City any day compared to this. Not worth at all. Going to pass.
