Two separate blocks of apartments. They are completed in last 2 years..
My friend bought a small 3 bhk and he is happy with it..
There were some apartments still available for sale.
It may be good investment for the future if the real estate develops..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RR Signature such a wonderful apartment placed right on the main road. Sales executive have explained us through every legal step of purchase in detail. Elegant flats, Cosy and serene community, love the clubhouse. Worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my parents really liked the place, vastu is good for those who are very keen on it, the builders are wonderful people with good values, all the staff are very polite and friendly people, ameneties are built as promised, place is well maintained, quality of the construction is good compared to many big builders, the place is located to many other facilities in the new town of the Bangalore, finally I am owning a flat now here and will surely enjoy the most out of this place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent budget apartment. Sales executive was excellent. Couple of things we didn't like. The badminton court is outdoors so it's practically useless in Bangalore because of wind. Other thing is that they have 2 lifts in each tower which means 2 lifts for roughly 125 flats! Even during our visit we had to keep waiting for lifts. Once fully occupied wait time will be painful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a hunt for 2 years, finally we settled down with RR Signature. Lot of Pros and very few cons.
Pros:
1. Great locality, closer to schools, collages, malls and offices
2. Excellent build quality
3. Well maintained
4. Secured
5. Genuine builder
6. Excellent marketing and CRM team who take care of things end to end until you move in
7. Vasthu compliant floor plan
8. Descent amenities and kids friendly atmosphere
9. Lot of green and breathing space
10. Reasonable price
Cons:
1. Only 2 lifts per block
2. Basement parking plan could have been better, too many pillars
