★ ★ ★ ★ ★ this is a hassel free project This project is RERA approved with CC and OC. The builder and staffs are very courteous. Quality of construction is very good and it has all basic amenities. . The bad reviews might make your mind woggle but trust me its all fake the property is really good check it out yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living in one of the builders project Near Horamavu.Very poor quality of materials used for the finishing of building. No sand used for flooring and all the tiles are comming up in almost all the flats. All r redoing with new tiles. Plumbing lines r laid with out any basic knowledge. Poor quality of electrical cabilings.No water proofing done in the terrace and almost 60 percent of houses into floor got leakage while raining.
As we are in the association we r doing almost working all days for maintaining the apartment to rectify one or other issues.
Basically the builder is not in the construction field so he don't know any knowledge about how to finish the building.
Rule shud b formed in such a way these builders with out any qualification shud banned from this industry. Those who needs to buy a building of the same builder can visit our building and see our building conditions and then can think about it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VBC construction is a trusted builder. Quality housing. I have purchased a flat here.Its a RERA approved OC CC project. So far there has been absolutely no hassle in dealing with the staffs and the builder.Construction quality is good and documentations are all clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the pathatic civil work we ever seen in Karnataka Bangalore.When you first meet anyone from this company, one notices they all have some type of garment displaying they are the best in industry stating no common wall and we have used best in standard material for the constructions. But nothing is turstworthy. To preserve your quality of time to read my review, i would like to share an example. At the time of sale deed they agreed to pay cauvery water bill deposit to government of Karnataka, however VBC builder never paid that amount to KA GOVT nor they still returned to the owners. There are many issues stills persisting in their past construction like leaking roof, bad tile relay and incomplete project work. Despite of all the above in case one who wish to buy a flat in this project, a owner or purchaser has to pay from their packet to keep their apartment in good shape.
When the quality of the work is bad, the maintenance cost will be high. I am also one of the flat owner in their project and suffering every month.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited the project directly to purchase and have witnessed the quality of construction, which was really good and it is a OC and CC obtained project and the documents are legal which i checked with my advocate.
I don't find any sensibility to all the negative reviews which was posted initially.Since its a lifetime investment so its good to once visit directly and take a call by ourselves.

For who have complaints about the builder's previous projects, why have you not mentioned your apartment name or even rate/review the same for your apartments? If those concerns are genuine, please contact builder for the resolution of the issues.
