★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to share my feedback on the excellent customer management process undertaken by professionals at Vajram Group. I had been looking to purchase a property for some time now, and after viewing atleast 20 upcoming projects around Thanisandra, Hennur, Jakkur etc. Vajram Newtown fit my requirements perfectly. The property is well situated on Thanisandra Main road with all basic amenities at a walking distance.
Coming to my experience as a potential customer, I would first like to extend my gratitude to Mr. Rakshak, who has always been patient and diligently answered all my queries everytime I visited the property to eventually make a decision. Secondly, Mr. Thameem for helping me get the best deal. Finally, Ms. Rashmi who is currently my customer relationship manager, and is delivering a great experience and timely service, in terms of answering my doubts and also facilitating all the operational and logistical processes.
Looking forward to a seamless handover by the end of construction and building my home at Vajram Newtown. Anyone looking to purchase a property, you can invest here without a second thought!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already 2 of my close acquaintances have booked flats with vajaram at other location in Bangalore.So,while I was hunting to see the flat for myself,it was not that difficult to consider vajaram,Newtown project.
The project is in very nice shape.I visited the property last weekend to see the progress and as usual,was not at all disappointed to see the progress made so far.Hopefully, it will come up the same way.
A shout out to the vajaram marketing/sales team with special mention to Thameem,Yasin and Rashmi.They actually listens to the customer and are open for discussions.The team provides regular updates on the progress via email and takes cares of all documentations.
So,guys who are still wondering whether to invest in it or not, just pay a visit to their new town office, you won't be disappointed. Cheers!!!

CRM/Sales team is really great which allowed us to ask n number of queries which we. Also i would like to thanks Prafull for all the support.
I bought 2bhk in 1 week of time. Without you guys(CRM team) its not possible because they makes us aware about all the things before we ask about it.

After searching across all nearby areas, I have finally decided to own my dream home at Vajram Newtown because of the property location at Thanisandra main road which is a known place around North Bangalore with close proximity to IT workplaces and all other major facilities. I have also personally visited the building site and was impressed by their latest construction technology (Mivan) and the quality of materials used .The reputation of Vajram Group has always been positive with all their previously completed projects.
The Sales and Marketing team at Vajram has been very cordial, helpful and transparent which made me very comfortable dealing with them. My special thanks to Mr.Thameem for working out a good deal along with Yaseen and Rashmi for the CRM assistance and providing updates on the progress of Newtown project which reflects the teams commitment and value towards their customers. So, would definitely recommend this project to anyone interested to purchase a flat.

The Sales Head Mr. Prafulla holds a great knowledge about this industry, competition, other projects etc. That has helped us in decision making. The entire sales team is great. I would strongly recommend to go for this property if someone is looking for a peaceful living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 2 months of rigorous research and innumerable site visits, finally booked a unit in Vajram Newtown. The construction quality and floor plan really impressed me and the reputation of the builder is good too. Thanks to Prop tiger for suggesting this project.
The Sales and Marketing team at Vajram has been very helpful and transparent. The customer portal is very convenient get the construction status and to raise tickets.
Would like to give big shout out to Yaseen, Thameem and Rashmi, for all the help and support.

When I entered the sales office, I got to meet Shubhendu and escorted me to site where he explained each and every bit of property so clearly and his way to reach customer is satisfying. The professionalism he have is top notch. All the staff inside is so pleasing. You get to experience all these if you try to visit the property.
