★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nicely built Independent flats but Builder takes up no responsibility aft selling the flat, Absolutely not luxurious pls don't go by the AD posted outside d apartment. Swimming pool work is goin on from 1.5 yrs not sure if the work would finish in coming few yrs...STP has created havoc to the flat owners..water is a problem already from almost n yr now won't b surprised if any other issues r ready to show up... Builder should not have such an attitude after selling it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay peacefully and well connected to Manyata, Bharathiya city and Airport. Kind of gives a independent house feel since there are 5 feet distance between each flat and no doors facing each other. Also lots of local shops around.
***Unfortunately builders are not cooperative and only aiming to wash of there responsibilities.
