Location is ideal with all basic essential requirements near by ( Food , Veggies and Groceries ) There is Parking , a Gym and swimming pool, kids play area ,a descent size party hall and good space for walks. Bonus - BB instant vending machine for complex owners / tenants for some urgent needs . Agon Sports Club nearby and Decathlon right across the street .Ideal location for Manyata Tech park commute. Broadband connectivity support, Airtel ,ACT and TATA sky for DTH

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good mid size society with average architecture. This is not a luxury apartment hence the rooms are not huge but manageable for small families with small pets. Pets aren't allowed to walk inside the campus and needs to be taken out of the campus. The association members are good as they plan & maintain the society very well. Staying in a higher floor is a plus point as the views are breathtaking. The southeast balcony faces the beautiful villas and the main road and the northwest faces beautiful greenary with a great skyline, even Nandi Hills can be seen from this direction. Minimum amenities available such as a good average size clean gym, small basketball rubber flooring court, swimming pool, kids play area, small gardens and sitting areas. Visitor parking available for approx 10-12 cars. All the necessities such as Supermarkets, Restaurants, Decathlon, Big Brewsky, Croma, Zudio are in walkable distance. Airport is 30-40 mins. Area is peaceful and good standard crowd of people. A much better place to stay in Bangalore than the congested main city.
