★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is very good apartments. Some of the great things about this Society:
1. Very spacious units
2. Lots of space between units and lots of open spaces leading to better ventilation and privacy
3. High Rise - 14 floors, hence if you stay on upper floors you get a lot of privacy when you stand in balconies
4. All standard amenties (swimming pool, party hall, club house, games room etc)
5. The greenery here is awesome, there are very few apartments that pay so much attention to green spaces and maitain the grass
6. Maintaniance is very good (costly though)
7. Since there is a slight menace with related to Monkeys' hence ducking out 1 star from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the owners here if you are renting a flat. We are still running for the refund of our security deposit even after vacating the premises more than a month back. Same thing happened to another person who was refunded the deposit after deducting 88 k. Don’t give the keys back without collecting back your money. Owners will con you and try to cheat you. Go to visit the society as it’s beautiful but never ever take any flat on rent. There are several others equally good nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near manayata it park . Low rent . You can get 2 bhi in 22000 and 3 bhk in 27000. It has open and covered parking . A playway is near by . School ,hospital is also near .
Overall good location to live.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best building in Bangalore. I visited this place as a guest and I loved the amenities provided in this building. Flats are very spacious. Security at main gate is great. Parking facility is also provided to all flats. My uber was allowed to go till the wing I wanted to go in.
