★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The apartment is hard to find as it is located behind the mainroad’s buildings and adjacent to the manyata tech park.The apartments are spacious and the corridors are good too. There is ample amount of space for parking. there is a swimming pool facility inside the apartment premises. But the playing area for kids is very small. The security seems high in the apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware not to rent from flat B103, owner is least bothered but deducts huge amount of money from deposit while vacating and doesn't consider the existing electrical wiring, plumbing and hard water problems in the society

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like this apartment complex. Though there is no service elevator. The approach road to the apartment is also not that great. But when you enter the place it has a very nice warm vibe to it. It's very close to Manyata Tech park.
