The residents are local as well as from places all around India. This makes the place very interesting and happening. Best thing is that this is very ideal for Families and Bachelor's because of its strategic location. Its proximity to outer ring road, Hebbal, and Manyata Tech Park makes it an ideal choice for residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located on Kanakanagar sulthanpalya main road Kanakanagar Hebbal Bangaluru Karnataka 560032.its an Residential multistory apartment Building. It has two units. Specious two BHK and three BHK flats available for rent and sale. Huge permises but not maintained properly. In basement good parking facility available. 24hours water facility and security available. Flats are specious bedrooms with walldropes balconys and bathroom attached. But not maintained properly so I think it's not a good residential place to have ur residence .found wheelchair accessible entrance as well as wheelchair parking. Easy accessibility because of the main road.
