All apartments have very good ventilation as there are no other high rises in close vicinity. The authourities have maintained commendable amount of greenery inside the complex. Ample parking space also adds the value. Easily accessible from ballary road and hebbal flyover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best society ever with wonderful amenities like swimming, lawn tennis, basket ball, squash, billiards, carom etc . It is Jain society with totally veg population . But they do rent it out to others as well. the people living here are amazing and if you are looking for a place in hebbal ..This is an amazing society to stay .But the hard part is there are hardly any vacancies any time
