with all basic facilities like all time running water and all time hot water through Solar system, ⚡electricity back up through generator, spacious parking ?️..
Away from traffic, peaceful ☮️?️
Very spacious rooms
? Swimming pool is good..?
but the Gym?️ doesn't have very good ambience and instruments..
Table tennis ? available..
Only thing is there is no good road outside of it ..but it's ignorable since just in 200mtrs u get good road there on ..?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Apartment. The only problem is the roads around. There is no tarred roads you can see around. And the problem of waste exists. It's a nice place to live for people working in Manyata Tech Park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good place to stay for those working at Manyata Tech Park. Flats are spacious and comfortable. There are amenities such as gym, Table Tennis, Swimming Pool. The road right outside the building isn't good but that's only for 200 meters or so. Despite it being near the tech park, the place is peaceful and away from traffic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My uncle owns a flat in the apartment. Neatly kept with swimming pool and garden facilities. There is also a kids play area also a gym . Really good ? overall great experience.
