Absolutely bad experience as a customer.. Every month they say, OC will be ready by next month but it is not.. Will never prefer or recommend this builder to anyone in future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The wing B, 13 floor spefically, is having leekage issues from the terrace.The point of contact Pramod, had anyways delayed, the handover of keys citing their world class team is ensuring 100% quality, but from my experience post handover of the keys, we saw that in one of my friends flat. There are some other names who sit there like Vinod, murali from crm, when we complained.. This murali guy walked off, these are bunch of unprofessionals, and unfortunately, only way to deal with them is via Law.. Take the pics, send emails (they will never respond) and collect evidence and then deal with them, as per law. I am 100% sure, Assetz will reply am not a registered owner, and I am speaking from friends experience. Anyone who's from 13 floor.. Please watch out for leekage issues...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic and very disappointing and very delay. I would suggest any new buyer to look for ready to move in apartments so at least you can stay in your own home although paying EMI. Don't just believe branded or A class proclaimed builders.
Update: please check your database again. I have written the review when the inspection schedule was just postponing for every 2 weeks since August 21. Hopefully it will be scheduled by 2nd week of December as communicated.

After a lot of research and back and forth with some brands, I finally found a team that valued my investment. The Assetz Property Real Estate Team's products are top notch and truly the best in the market.
Assetz Here&Now was a wonderful experience. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. they offered me a very reasonable quote, the end result, exceeded my expectations.

1. Now that the OC is received, they are trying to avoid the Refund for delay stating RERA issues a blanket for all builders for delay.
2. CRM team keeps providing vague answers for any questions
3. None of the amenities are near completion ( person on site mentioned that they stopped the construction of amenities because OC was on hold)
4. They started calling for inspection of flat but looking at speed it seems it will take 4-5 months minimum to complete the amenities and 100% project

1. Project is delayed- Every time customer calls, the standard answer is - ‘Awaiting OC’ as if 100% development is complete.
2. Probability that Assetz team Shared customers contact details with Many interior designers. I am getting multiple calls in a day asking ‘If you are interested in doing interior work in your x bhk flat of xyz sq ft in Assetz here and now’.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assetz Here and Now offers apartments with perfect combination of contemporary architecture and features to provide comfortable living at a thriving location just behind Manyata Tech Park and in close proximity to Hospitals, Schools and Malls being very close to Hebbal. I am an owner of a 1 BHK apartment at this property and the assistance from my relationship manager Ritesh was excellent with the bank loans and other operational stuff. With a trusted and reputed brand like Assetz, we got all the amenities like Gym, Badminton court, Basketball court, Jogging track and Swimming pool. Highly reccommended. The pics I shared here are the property under construction as on Feb-2021.
