Thanks to the residents, who are bearing this none professional behaviour. Builder is first-timer and not having any clue, when is going to finish the project. Not worth investing money here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in Sai Kalyan Ultima as tenant for 6 months and we faced all issues
1. Water leaking in basement and our car windshield got damaged because of that and no response from builder or owners as well
2. Fluctuations in power most of d times
3. No water in flush tank and kitchen atlest thrice a week
4. STP issues
5. No amenties and full pollution and sounds of drilling
So we had to move out since we were afraid what more might happen if we stay there
So pls be aware if you are moving in as tenant as you need to bear shifting, cleaning and painting charges irrespective of society issues there.

Even the society/residents lack the very basic civic sense and etiquette for living in a Apartment. This is not a project for upper middle class folks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The builder is cheating 400+ flat owners in Sai Kalyan Ultima. He has sold most of the inventory and got full disbursement, but now denying to complete amenities. According to him he has no money to complete the project and has no concrete timeline or intention of completing it. Beware of his fraudulent activities. Avoid buying flat from this conniving and unprofessional builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3rd class builder and 3rd class project. Buying a flat here has been my biggest mistake so far. I would encourage new buyers, who are looking for new flats, not to purchase any flat from Sai Kalyan Builders in any of their projects. You will regret buying your dream flat with this builder. It's been 4 years and Sai Kalyan Ultima is still under construction status with no clear intention to complete the project. We all have been looted by ATZ and Sai Kalyan Ultima builder team. A BIG NO to their project. Please don't waste your time, energy and money with such a lower category builder who have no values, no professionalism and no customer focus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever plan to stay in rent in Flay C-704. Owner is not professional at all. I stayed there for 10 months. Flat owner was not even ready for Rental Agreement and he said it's our per our standing. Never fall into this trap. Moreover, he didn't clean the house, bathrooms, wardrobes, kitchen, windows. I had to pay for the cleaning by calling Urban Company. Windows grills, utility areas, doors, balcony area was also not painted. Electric boards were not working. When I asked he said you pay for the cleaning and fixing and he will pay it to me. Once I did it, he told me that amount is huge and he will only pay half. Which is outrageous. While leaving, he charged 1 month's rent for painting and cleaning. When I asked him, why he didn't clean the house and painted properly when I took it for rent, he had no answer. Owner of Flat C-704 is a Big time FRAUD and never ever plan to take this house in rent. Careful.
