★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to visit a friend that lives here, and I don't plan on going there ever again. There are absolutely no safety protocols in place, no sanitising, the place looked like wasn't cleaned in years together. A very dirty and disgusting premise.

1. Very Expensive.
2. No Proper Maintenance.
3. No Service Entrance.
4. Not even having own borewell and daily tanker water.
5. No Manager for the apartment.
6. Worst access no proper road to apartment.
7. No Visitor parking.
8. Inexperienced security personnel.
9. No Amenities except pool and Gym.
10. Rowdy Land owner and very careless builder.
