I got to know about Green Edge through one of colleague whose friend is the Architect who designed Green Edge. Even the big builders like Sobha, Mantri, Prestige don't offer such great architecture. The good thing about this Project is, it's close to Manyata Tech Park. Lots of new developments are happening around this property.
Reputed names like Sobha, Unishire, G-Corp etc are coming up with their signature Projects in close proximity. As a matter of fact, property prices in North Bangalore is going to shoot up due to huge demand and various infrastructural developments.
I have seen the details about Green Edge. It feels truly like home. I have got the property details verified by my lawyer. All titles are clear. There are no dispute and any litigation issue.
If you’re planning to invest in North Bangalore, you can consider Green Edge for below reasons;

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi!! I have booked apartment beginning of 2016. Initially they were agreed for flexible payment and took the booking amount. After 2 months, they came back and asked to provide more money than agreed during booking. Eventually, it ended up with mutual cancellation. From last 8 moths I am following up with management to refund my booking amount. Either, they are giving excuses or switching off the mobile. Very unprofessional team. It was my mistake that I booked a flat without looking at track record of this builder. It's big lesson learnt, always book with reputed builder who has got good track record and keep upto the promises. Please be aware of such unprofessional and fraud builder.

I was always skeptical about buying a flat coz of the bad experiences you hear all over especially while buying real estate..I never thought buying a house could be such a seamless process. Special mention to Mr Sudhakar who coordinated all the communication and also the builder.. they were such pleasant personalities to do business with. Well, about the house, we loved it the moment we saw it especially due to the greenery around and the private garden concept for every house. They have decent amenities too! There are few houses left and anyone looking to purchase should definitely go for it!
