service man Ali was very prompt in identifying the issue and fixed it .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this review, after using a month of this chair bought from Aster Chairs. Very comfortable, ergonomically designed and relatively better in price than other brands. Mr. Sunil who's from sales expertise in understanding of customer needes and suggesting suitable models that can fit in for our requirements. Specific to my case I used to spend more than 12hrs in a day in my home office. He suggested Antrish 100AA.which is absolutely suits my expectations for long sitting hours. Also he has helped to explain various models virtually through the order one and delivery. Mr. Ali from delivery team also very patiently explained the features and usage of the chair. Overall experience with Aster Chairs especially during this Pandemic time was delighted. Hoping the product will provide long last service as they promised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had ordered a chair for WFH purpose. Chair was delivered on time. The delivery man Ali is soft-spoken and explained handling and maintainance. After 1 year , the chair got damaged and when contacted, Aster chairs promptly replaced the damaged part since product was under warranty. Again, the service man and delivery man was Ali.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought 2 chairs from here. They have a wide range of collection. Being a 6 footer I couldn't find a better chair. They do deliver home and the delivery person Ali is a very good human being. Due to some confusion wrong model was delivered to me initially, but without any hesitation he obliged my request and delivered the model I requested. Hard to find such people these days.
Best part about them is their 2 year warranty which you won't get online. If you are a 6 footer try their Antrix 100 HB model. Thanks for making me a happy customer

It's my second purchase and the chair taken earlier- almost two years back is still in perfect condition.They have even more varieties now and huge client base.Very competitive prices for the features offered. Mr Ali ensured the chair was delivered to home safely & explained all the features. Thanks to Sunil and Ali for all the coordination and delivery on time.

The table was really unique and is an exact fit when i stand. The chair had back adjustment features to make it relax or erect. The quality of the products is really good and the delivery guy was humble too. A must recommend for the people who work from home.
