Only casher does he's work properly, others don't even know what to do, there is no coordination and understand between the employees. You better not have a account in this bank , it's for your own good.

Mainly, employees here do not know the local language to speak with and this is not easy for any local senior citizens who cannot speak Hindi English, hence they cannot deal with these people. I have transferred my account to some other branch (hopefully its not the same there). My father has even experienced a loss in the money after a cash withdrawal for his mistake of not counting in a hope that the BANK CASH COUNTER person will not make a mistake and that person was sure of giving right amount, TADA came home, count count, noticed the difference in money received. Sighhhh!!!!!!!
