★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We wish to inform that the Service rendered by Fatima is really awesome and I wish to share my experience that we were about to check in the flight today to Dubai and we came to know that the report had some corrections ,we were left with only 30 minutes.
I immediately contacted Fatima and being Sunday she responded immediately and attended our request and she got the report corrected and sent the corrected report at once and we all boarded the flight because of her relentless service.
Our sincere thanks for her Service and thanks to Aster Team too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service and prompt response on the reports. I booked on their website for pre travel RTPCR testing and they called to confirm the test time slot. The collection agent Sharon was punctual, thoroughly professional and followed all the covid safety protocols perfectly. Test results were communicated well ahead of the promised time. Would recommend!

Staff is very polite and friendly. Also ambience is very clean and hygiene .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m a regular customer of aster lab, I have gone through many negative comments ,but reality is they do care client and their appointment schedules whether it is home collection or lab visit.
my wonderful experience with aster lab all the time was on time sample collection and same day report.
Some cons happen I agree but not all the time, thanks to aster lab team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Travel RT-PCR test was available through home collection. The home collection associate in Basaveshwaranagar branch was very polite, diligent and on-time. Got reports in about 4 hours. There was prompt follow up post obtaining the reports by the associate. Got to know that they provide home collection services on other types of blood work as well. Overall a very good and smooth experience. Competitive prices. Highly recommend them for any lab tests!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a huge difference between bill receipt received for Home collection and what has been mentioned on the website. I've been charged almost double for a few tests and still awaiting clarification for the same. Please check before payment.
The lab technician who came home for collection wasn't polite and the whole experience was very unpleasant.
Over all, please rethink if you need the tests urgently as they don't give reports that quickly as well.
This is highly disappointing and least excepted from such a big chain of hospitals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Once I found out where to get the rapid PCR test for urgent travel to the US, Aster labs on Queens road in Bangalore was phenomenal. They were fast , efficient . The only issue I had was that I did not receive the result to my e-mail signing an hour. They had sent a text to my dad’s phone which was the local contact in 20 minutes but I was not able to download . I eventually received the e-mail about 6 hours later .
Otherwise , they were excellent .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The entire home collection department is on time and very polite. Prices charged by Aster labs is also much more cheaper than other places. Get my blood tests done very often, and only by Aster labs. Very good experience every single time. Would highly recommend. :D
