★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Doctor might be a good and quality doctor but it is very difficult to get the appointment. I am trying from last 1 months to take appointment for the trus scan but they are telling to do Covid test.
I did twice and call for the appointment within 2 days of getting Covid report but they are telling me to again Covid test. It is very headache ?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Shankar is THE best expert for ultrasound scans. He takes time to explain, is very patient, and is very thorough.. I did not experience the rudeness of the staff that other people did, maybe because during covid we have fewer patients.
Doctor Shankar does tailor make scans to fit your profile and is the best at what he does, he gives complete focus to every patient and that takes time. I would be willing to dedicate 5/6 hours even to get a report if all the doctors trust it blindly( I consulted 3 doctors and all of them referred me here).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially, I was skeptical about going there after reading the google reviews. I got an appointment after a week long wait. I would say my experience with Dr. Shankar was truly satisfying. The doctor is very calm and kind. He takes his own time examining the patients and the scan reports are very detailed and accurate. Earlier I had been to a well known multi-specialty hospital for the scan and found it to be inaccurate.
Of course, I too witnessed the rude behavior of the front desk staff and long waiting hours, but I think Dr.Shankar deserves a 5 star rating for his experience and the level of expertise which was worth the wait.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never ever recommended this clinic to anyone... Worst staff at their peak in rudeness...they're all old folks in their 60s or more barely understand the "reception" concept. Only good vibe is the doctor who knows exactly the patient problem and the treatment

Asking RTPCR report for just a scan!!
Even if you are fully vaccinated. I think they are not interested in business or the receptionist doesn’t like to work.

2. Receptionists must be taught manners first.
3. Minimum waiting time after apointment is 4 hours without gurantee.
4. Very very old system of management.
In summary patients are not treated well.
Never recommend this place. Very very horrible.
